Where to Enter Coupon Codes

Some coupons or special offers may not require you to enter a coupon code. Through our affiliation with merchants, many of them provide us with unique URLs that have the offer encoded in the URL. If you came to FindSavings half way through your check-out process, many codes may not work. If this is the case, we suggest that you close your other browsers and start over from FindSavings.com.

At all times, make sure the discount is reflected in the check-out process prior to confirming your order. We have people email us saying they didn't get the discount they thought and there was nothing we could do for them. We could only say we were sorry and to make sure the next time that they check the balance before checking out.

The coupon entry field may appear anywhere in the check-out process, depending on the merchant. Most merchants label coupon as 'Coupon', but some merchants call them 'Promotional Code', or 'Savings Code', make sure you try the code in all fields. The vast majority of merchants display the coupon code field towards the end of the check-out process.

Example - Amazon.com - the 'Promotional Code' field is on the 'Payment' page towards the end of the check-out process.

Example - Half.com - the 'Gift Certificate and Coupon' field is towards the beginning of the check-out process, as soon as you add an item to your shopping cart.

These are just a few common examples. Once again, always make sure the discount is reflected in the check-out process prior to confirming your order.
